Refund Policy

GoKorea Scholars (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) is committed to fair and transparent service practices. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for our consulting services. By making a purchase, users agree to the terms described below.

Article 1 (Payment and Service Delivery)
  1. All payments are processed through an external platform: chapterkorean.com.

  2. Service begins on the program’s official start date, at which point PDF materials and coaching access are delivered.

  3. We offer three service packages: Basic, Standard, and Premium. Each is valid for 3 months from the start date.

Article 2 (Refund Eligibility)
  1. A full refund is available if requested at least 7 days before the official program start date.

  2. Once the program begins, no refunds will be issued, as PDF materials are automatically released.

  3. Failure to participate after the start date does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Article 3 (No Partial Refunds)
  1. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of any package (e.g., unused coaching sessions or group meetings).

  2. All services are sold as bundled packages and cannot be refunded separately.

Article 4 (Installment Payments)
  1. Installment options are subject to the policies of the user’s credit card provider. We do not offer interest-free installment plans.

  2. If a user cancels a service paid in installments, any fees or penalties are determined by the credit card company.

Article 5 (How to Request a Refund)
  1. To request a refund, users must email us at info@chapterseoul.com at least 7 days before the program start date.

  2. The email must include: full name, selected service plan, payment date, and reason for refund.

  3. Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5 business days.
